Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method, and carrier conditions. Once an order has been shipped, Bananas Palm is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Bananas Palm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
